1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HandleWatch ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

HandleWatch is a username monitoring service that allows users to track the availability of social media usernames across various platforms. When a monitored username becomes available, we notify users via email or push notification.

Important: HandleWatch does not guarantee that:

  • Any monitored username will become available
  • You will be able to claim a username even if notified of its availability
  • Our monitoring will detect all availability changes instantly

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or billing portal.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that overloads our servers
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
  • Use the Service to monitor usernames for harassment or malicious purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HandleWatch and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of username availability information, as this depends on third-party platforms that may change their systems at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANDLEWATCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HandleWatch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HandleWatch operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
